Appointment costs are paid in full by families at the time of the session. While we do not offer on-the-spot claiming in the clinic, we do apply the relevant Medicare plan details to your invoice so you can easily claim your rebate directly with Medicare.

After full payment, your invoice receipt including all required plan information will be emailed to you as a PDF. You can then submit your claim via the Medicare App or Medicare online (MyGov).

We do not process private health insurance claims. However, your invoice will contain all the necessary details required for you to make a claim with your health fund.
