We obviously want everyone to feel as though they have received a high standard of service at Kid Link and strive to avoid any official complaints altogether. However, in the event you wish to provide a suggestion or make a complaint, we urge you to communicate this with us, as most things (as long as they fall within our scope of practice and policies), can be resolved if we are made aware. Feel free to talk to any staff member you feel comfortable with and where possible, they will try to address the problem straight away or direct you to the appropriate person. In the event you are not happy with the answer provided and wish to escalate the feedback or make a formal complaint, you can request a complaints form or contact Jackie (the director) via phone or email.
